We're looking for a Core Platform Engineer to:

• Architect and innovate on a cutting-edge platform that leverages the latest in Sales Intelligence technology to transform how businesses understand and engage with their customers.
• Pioneer the next generation of data-driven decision-making, enabling companies to unlock new insights and drive growth through advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to optimize platform performance and user experience.
• Contribute to the product-led growth strategy by implementing features that drive user engagement and revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve the platform's capabilities and performance continuously.

What you'll need:

• A Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering, with deep experience building scalable, high-performance systems in cloud-native environments at both startups and top tech companies
• Passion for pushing the boundaries of performance using data analysis and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions directly influence the company's direction and success.
• Desire to work a Hybrid schedule in San Francisco or travel quarterly from a remote location in Canada or the United States.

Compensation:

• $125,000 - $210,000 a year
• Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience level.
