We're looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to:
- Spearhead the development and deployment of AI solutions that supercharge real estate agents' workflows.
- Pioneer the next generation of conversational AI & content generation experiences. The platform is designed to automate content creation, branding, and the data needed to fuel a real estate transaction.
- Work with the latest technologies to design, roadmap, code, debug, and deliver delightful experiences quickly.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
What you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, preferably with a knack for AI.
- Strong proficiency in modern technologies, infrastructure, and tooling that you’ve leveraged to build multiple 0 to 1 products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Passionate about leading & mentoring, you have led multiple products, teams, and projects.
- Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- $100,000 - $150,000 a year
- Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early startup commensurate with experience level.
