We're looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to:

  • Spearhead the development and deployment of AI solutions that supercharge real estate agents' workflows.
  • Pioneer the next generation of conversational AI & content generation experiences. The platform is designed to automate content creation, branding, and the data needed to fuel a real estate transaction.
  • Work with the latest technologies to design, roadmap, code, debug, and deliver delightful experiences quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

What you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, preferably with a knack for AI.
  • Strong proficiency in modern technologies, infrastructure, and tooling that you’ve leveraged to build multiple 0 to 1 products
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about leading & mentoring, you have led multiple products, teams, and projects.
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $150,000 a year
  • Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early startup commensurate with experience level.
