We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to:

  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure for the leader alongside MIT PhDs, who are veterans of the top tech companies in the world.
  • Pioneer scalable MLOps practices to support the deployment and monitoring of models for customers like Amazon & Google. The platform has several tools that automatically find & fix issues in datasets.
  • Use the latest tooling to optimize data workflows, enhancing the efficiency of model training and deployment processes.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of the infrastructure supporting MLops.
  • Collaborate with top data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production environments.

What you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a highly recognized university.
  • 5+ years of experience in MLOps, supporting data science and ML teams across the full lifecycle in a fast-paced, product-focused environment at a mix of startups and top tech enterprises.
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning, Hugging Face, relational databases, AWS, Docker, Git, CI/Testing (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Previous early-stage employee or founder experience at a venture-backed tech company is strongly preferred.
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • $140,000 - $210,000 a year
  • Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience.
