About The Role:
We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer who thrives on innovation and complex problem-solving beyond conventional coding. Ideal candidates should possess a profound understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and modeling techniques, with a zest to architect and refine the core of our AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Demonstrable ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with advanced text mining methods and the ability to leverage machine learning algorithms to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within unstructured text data.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI's GPT-3 for text generation, summarization, and analysis.
- Practical experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) including compute, storage, and ML services. Ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
- Expertise in deep learning for NLP with Transformers (BERT, GPT, T5), RNNs, and LSTMs, and skill in fine-tuning these models for text classification, summarization, and generation tasks.
- Proficiency in ML experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation to inform iterative improvements.
